Jessica is absolutely amazing. She did my dip effortlessly. Customer service is top notch and the place is so clean. She was able to do the design I wanted without having to switch to gel which made me sooo happy! Already scheduled to come back in 3 weeks! Below is what I asked for and what I got.
Lily and her nail technicians are ALL good! I don't need to ask for a particular person, they're all good. (I am more familiar with Jessica, so I do ask for her when she's available.) The salon is clean/hygienic and well run. I'm glad to see that they made it through the pandemic and are doing so well.
I was looking for a nail salon nearby and I came across Lavender Nails. I have been going for almost two months now to do dip manicures. I am very satisfied with their professionalism and nail service. I have never had any difficulty getting an appointment, and they do very well with sticking to their appointment times. I usually go to Hannah or Lilly and they both do a very great job.
I am very happy with the nails I left with yesterday. Nina was very gentle and did a great job making my very short damaged nails look great. In the photo, I have tips on my nails with dip color.
They do not look bulbous or thick, which I’ve had happen other places.
Love Lily and her staff! Even with increases due to the impact of COVID on supply chain, they continue to deliver excellent service. Yes, they're mine with a powder dip overlay. Holiday Ready!
Please DO NOT GO TO TIFFANY FOR DIP!!! I have been many times and it was my first time going to her. Her service ruined it for the whole spa for me. She continued to grabbed my hands, was not professional nor did my nails look any better, said thank you then realized she didn’t put any oil or lotion on my hands. My question to her do you think you did a good job, a 50.00 job and she said, “sorry”. Im done with Lavender Nail & Spa!
Stopped in this morning to treat myself for my birthday. I didn't have an appointment but it wasn't too long till I was taken to a station by an employee. I'm a virgin to powder dip nails but wanted to give it a try. I know nothing about the procedure and my technician barely said a word to me the entire time. 🤷🏼♀️ While she was grinding/filing my cuticles it was very sensitive and they are since very sore and swollen...it looks really nice and I'm hoping it lasts a long time.
Great place to get your nails done! The staff is always nice and welcoming. Prices are great! Came in with my wife on a Saturday morning and was able to get a mani and pedi done. A great relaxing environment!
